LamPe Organize is an informal group that organizes padel tournaments. Payment processing and data management are handled by Gabriele Serpi as an individual business.

When you register for a tournament, we collect the following personal data:

- Identity data: full name of each player

- Contact data: email address, phone number

- Location data: country, city

- Photo: profile photo (optional, uploaded voluntarily)

- Payment data: processed directly by Stripe Inc. We do not store credit card numbers

We use the following third-party services to operate:

5. DATA RETENTION

Personal data is retained for the duration necessary to manage the tournament and for a maximum of 24 months after the event. Payment records may be kept longer as required by Italian tax law. You can request deletion at any time.
